"Recently I had to file a claim on my daughter’s car. Everyone I dealt with was very professional as well as being very helpful. The agents are very knowledgeable and are always very quick in responding to my requests. Recently purchased a new vehicle and the agent, Angela had my coverage updated and sent to the dealership in less than 15 minutes. Always nice to know they are on top of their game. "I enjoy talking to human beings when I call State Farm! They are always available to speak to you (or via text) which is important. I enjoyed my annual review with Dina today, I learn something new every time. I obviously stay with State Farm because they make me feel comfortable that I am covered appropriately and most importantly when needed, someone will pick up the phone. That’s unfortunately not the case with a lot of insurance companies today."

"Take weeks of hounding my claim handler to even get slight progress towards my claim. Had to call multiple times and kept getting the run around. Will never go back to state farm ever again."
