"Take weeks of hounding my claim handler to even get slight progress towards my claim. Had to call multiple times and kept getting the run around. Will never go back to state farm ever again."

"Brian was amazing to work with! He is so kind and very easy to understand. I get so nervous making calls like this but I felt very comfortable talking to him. He just made the whole process better. I feel so relieved knowing I have auto, condo, and life insurance and super happy I'm paying under 110 for all 3!!! Definitely recommend them! Since I can't add another review I am editing this one! I want to shout out Carol Gwin. She's great I was in an accident no fault of my own and looking for a car has been super stressful! Every time I reach out to get a qoute on a vehicle Carol is so quick and responsive she has made this part of looking for a new car such a breeze and I truly appreciate that! I absolutely love my insurance office. 3 years later and still would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for all your help Carol you are the best!"
